Search and status filters for Messenger logs

The Messenger logs view now supports text search and filtering by conversation status, so sellers can audit the AI assistant's replies without scrolling.

The Messenger logs view gained a proper search box and a status filter. If the AI ever replied in a way that looked wrong, sellers can find the exact conversation by customer name, message content, or status (handled, handed-off, errored) without paging through the timeline.

What's new

  • Free-text search across customer name and message content.
  • Status filter — narrow to errored, handed-off, or successfully completed conversations.
  • Results update instantly as the filter changes.

Why it matters

Trust in the AI assistant depends on being able to audit what it said. Without fast lookup, sellers either ignored the logs (bad) or spent time scrolling (waste). This closes that loop.
